We recommend booking in advance, especially for dinners and weekends, to ensure availability and a memorable experience.

Can I reserve a table at Cloister?

Yes, we accept reservations for our Cloister. As it is an open-air outdoor space, availability is subject to weather conditions and space availability.

Does Capítulo accept group reservations?

Yes, we accept group reservations, both for lunches and dinners and for private events. For groups over 10 people, we suggest contacting our events team in advance for personalized menus: eventos@phchotels.pt

Is there a time limit for remaining at the table?

We do not impose a time limit, but we ask that you inform us if you have any specific needs, for better space management.

Is it possible to reserve an exclusive space for private events?

Yes, we have areas reserved for private and corporate events, including the restaurant and the cloister.For more information, please contact our events team.

How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your reservation through the same channel used for the reservation (website, telephone or email). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Does the restaurant have a no-show policy?

Yes, to ensure the best experience for all customers, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Can I bring a cake or bottle of wine to celebrate a special occasion?

For reasons of quality and gastronomic experience, we do not allow outside cakes or bottles brought by customers. However, we have special options on our dessert menu and a carefully selected wine list to make your celebration even more special. We recommend that you consult our team for personalized suggestions.

Does the restaurant accept special requests for diets or dietary restrictions?

Capítulo is located in the heart of Lisbon, on Rua Dom Antão de Almada, 4, parallel to Praça do Rossio, next to the São Domingos Church and just a few minutes from Praça da Figueira, Chiado and Avenida da Liberdade.

Is there valet service?

We currently do not offer valet service. We recommend using nearby public parks or private transport services.

What is the best way to get to the restaurant?

Car: There are several public parks nearby, such as Parque da Praça da Figueira (a 2-minute walk) and Parque dos Restauradores (a 5-minute walk).
Metro: Baixa-Chiado or Rossio Station (5 minutes walk).
Uber, Bolt and FreeNow: The Chapter is well located for those who prefer private transport, being easily accessible through platforms such as Uber, Bolt and FreeNow, with drop-off locations at Praça da Figueira or Largo da Anunciada.

Yes, the Chapter has guaranteed accessibility for people with reduced mobility, including ramp and elevators to access the restaurant and the Cloisters.
